Shampoo Help??
I'm currently not using shampoo because I havent found a staple yet. Im trying to decide between Aveda Smooth Infusion, Mizani Milk Bath and Silk Cream Conditioner, Joico, Alterna or Nioxin. I'm not sure if nioxin is just for people with scalp conditions idk. But if any of you ladies have any experience with either of these or any ideas please let me know. I have pretty healthy medium textured hair.

I use all the Mezani Products, and they leave your hair healthy and soft as if you just got a perm. Try it for atleast a month or two and if you don't like then try something else. Let me know

I was interested in Nioxin as well and someone told me that it helped with thickening her hair and getting it to a more healthier state and she had some growth with it. Nioxin is good for cleansing the scalp and promoting a healthy scalp which is good for hair growth. I am trying to finish up the products I have now and then I am going to purchase a kit.
