HELP!!!!!!!! I CANT SWALLOW PILLS
SO I RECIEVED MY HAIRFINITY TODAY. but i cannot swallow pills does anyone else dissolve the capsule contents in alquid or food. i mean i am a pharmacy tech and i am sure you can but i just want to be sure. any tips ladies

well at first i coulsnt swallow pills either.
but once you do it once it gets easier.
i dont reccomend opening the capsole and putting it in anything though.
hairfinity does not taste very well.
i tried doing that.
ew.
so i just learned to swallow them.

will u kno what i took a close look at the capsules and at the edge of the shortest end it actually pops off and i spoke to my boss and he said any vitamin is dissolvable in liquid or food so i guess im good to go. i just pop it open and pour it in my mouth and drink some oj behind it
