Hey guys it has been a minute since Ive been on here but Im coming with some great useful information. I have noticed that my hair has been shedding due to a product that my head does not tolerate. I did some research and came across that garlic stops hair shedding. Most hair shedding is normal for example when its time to get a relaxer some people hair shed or it goes through its normal shedding process. Hair suppose to shed everyday when combing but if there is excessive shedding its not normal. If you run your hands through your hair and there's a lot of hair, not normal. If there is hair over your clothes after combing, not normal. So I tryed garlic and it works instantly am happy and wanted to help you guys. You get minced garlic (probably 3 tablespoons), olive oil, honey, and mix with a good moisture conditioner( Motions CPR is great or LeKair Cholesterol, i used both). Mix it in a blender until smooth. Let sit in the refrigerator for a day. When applying using a perm brush and apply it like you do a perm. Use a good conditioner on the hair shaft and ends ( I used Olive Oil organic Deep Conditioner). Put a plastic cap on and let it sit for about 45 minutes to an hour. Wash out very good and use a good scented shampoo and conditioner. I like to use a deep conditioner afterwards as well. After using this I haven't had any hair in the comb at all. This is a great recipe please give me your input and feel free to ask any questions.

Yes I have heard of this. I am natual I got my last perm in July of 2009 and I noticed I had alot of shedding I mean when I combed my hair my shirt was covered with hair. So I got a garlic clove and mixed it with my cond. and it stopped instanly.Usually when I washed my hair & comb it out after I would have alot of hair on my shirt, but after I did the garlic treatment I combed it and no hair I saw a few strands in the comb but not like it was. I only did it once that was back in October and my hair hasn't shed like it was shedding.
