Here is my hair regimen. My hair has grown significantly in the past year and is now well past my shoulders. I just though I would share what has worked for me because I absolutely love to trade beauty secrets.

1. I only wash my hair once per week so not to over dry my hair.
2. After shampooing with Motions brand conditioning shampoo, I coat my hair with Motions brand deep conditioner and cover with a plastic cap. I leave this on for 15-30 minutes and then wash out.
3. I use an ionic blow dryer and paddle brush to blow dry my hair. When my hair is partially dry I apply olive oil hair serum to my hair (a portion the size of a quarter). Trust me, a little bit goes a long way. I rub the serum all over my hair and continue to blow dry until my hair is completely dry.
4. I use my FHI ceramic infrared hair straightener and taking thin strands of hair I straighten my hair piece by piece (takes 1 1/2 hrs). The key to straightening is to use thin sections and try to go over once or twice only so not to over heat the hair.
5. After my hair is straight I wrap my hair in a satin scarf or roll it with satin covered rollers for the night. I do not apply any other products. If it is dry I will use 2-3 drops of "softee signature growth oil". Just as with the serum a little goes a long way. 2-3 drops and then wrap the hair and it will coat your entire head of hair.
