Hello ladies! I go to the about 3 times a week. Usually after a good workout my hair is very sweaty. Which means i feel the need to wash it, and then I'll have to flat ioron my hair. I hate adding heat to my hair but I feel that I have no choice. Help!! Any suggestions?

air dry half way then blow dry it out half way then (make big) curls with iron spray and wrap it or roller set it, leave rollers in for about 1-2 hrs (depends on how fast your hair curls up) after you take them out wrap and comb down and bump the next day, trust me you'll use way less heat and hair will look nice........btw i use ORS products, they moisturize my hair very well...............good luck
