I have been using the Creme of Nature sunflower and conconut detangling conditioning shampoo, and the chamomile and comfrewy nourishing conditioner. Also the Silk Fusion Sixty Second Critical Repair and Roots n Ends Repair oil. I love the oill the conditioner is great except for the glitter, and the creme of nature is a great value for the price.

Hey Jessica do you use the Aphogee Leave in Condition and shampoo? Because I started using the Leave-in Condition for my hair but it was the leave in condition. But any what parts of Aphogee do you use? What do any of you guys think about hair vitamins and what kind for a 12 year old I printed the ingredients from the hairfinity to talk to my daughter pediatrician she is 105 lbs.

I just started using creme of nature detangling shampoo and I also use the lotta body setting lotion. for my daily moisturizing I use the carrot oil. Before I use to use all the shampoo's from nexxus and the conditioner humectress. I thought that it was working for my hair then I started to noticed that it was getting too dry. I wash my hair once a week, every friday.

I use aphogee shampoo for damaged hair. And i wash my hair sometimes once a week and sometimes every two weeks. It just depends on the texture of my hair. If its kinda stiff by the 6th day then i will wash it the 7th day. Sometimes i switch back and forth from aphogee shampoo to olive oil creamy shampoo. that works good for my hair because it takes all the calcium out of your scalp and provides moisture

I alternate between 2 shampoos throughout the month. I only wash my hair once a week, and this is the only day that I use heat (to dry.) I've tried air-drying and look like that cat in the picture about an hour later. lol

Week 1. Infusium 23 for dry and chemically treated hair/ Infusium 23 Leave-in for dry and chemically treated hair
Week 2. Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo/ Motions Protein Reconstructor/ same Leave-in as above
Week 3. Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo/ Motions Treatment Conditioner
Week 4. Same as week 1

Simple and seems to work. The salon stuff is too expensive for me, so I prefer the regular store stuff. Anyway, if anyone air dries without frizziness later, please let me know what you do.
