Wow, yes get vitamins, and STOP USING CHEMICALS! Your hair needs to rest and now. I would encourage any black woman to go natural because it forced me to learn about my hair type, condition, and love for my own hair. Even with my teeny weeny afro, I love it. Love of self starts with you. I use to feel uncomfortable in the begining, most of us do because you will have to get use to the new look or new way of dealing with your hair. I use coconut oil from Walmart, IC Hair Polisher OLive Styling gel, egg in conditioner for protein treatment, mayonnnaise and olive oil for moisture conditioning, and Apple cider vingar rinses after no-poo washes. One week egg protein treatment,another week mayonnaise and olive oil treatment for the balance of moisture and protein for the hair.
