Hair Maintainence:
Sew In's, I do not manipulate my hair on a daily basis. I usually have weave sewn in. I wear my sew in's for 5 weeks. The track are sewn onto a net. One reason is that I have thin hair so it fills in gaps and the other is because I feel it's less damage then being swed on the my actual hair.
