I am taking biotin and I wanted to take MSM too. Does it work and how much should I take daily?

Be careful taking too many over the counter vitamins. You can actually overdose on fat soluble vitamins and have an adverse effect. I personally would take one vitamin supplement at a time and only add to that if my doctor said I have a specific deficiency.

I am taking the Biotin and it works well alone.. I am not sure about MSM but it might work well together but it is always better to do the research.. Good Luck!!

Actually it's rumored that a high dosage of MSM on a regular basis can lighten up the skin significantly in a few years.

i think hair vitamins work best if you are deficient in certain vitamins and minerals that are essential for hair growth. If you take them they will supplement the things your body needs and your body will excrete the excess. Find a multi-vitamin brand that you trust and stick with that one. Don't over-dose your body with too many vitamin products.
