lol ok thank you for the advice i actually changed my mind to try exotic allure hair vitamins for african american hair i herd lots of good reviews of it so i think im going to try it

I think water soluble vitamin in excess just causes expensive water or is just fitered out in our urine
too much vit A, Iron and probably others are toxic to our bodies
and imbalance of zinc or copper mineral or some vitamins works better together like calcium and vit d.

I think that you should use only one vitamin for your hair. This way you will have an opportunity to see what works for you.
