hair lost

i recently took out my sew in weave that i had in my hair for 1 month. after i took it out i went to wash my hair and it start to get tangled and also it matted up like i had dreads in my hair. i had to end up cutting my hair out. i havn't had a relaxer in 2 months. what should i do to make my hair grow back fast and healthy. really need help please! should i just cut my hair in a short style. and if so can u send me some pictures of short styles.

Exerciseing

Hello ladies! I go to the about 3 times a week. Usually after a good workout my hair is very sweaty. Which means i feel the need to wash it, and then I'll have to flat ioron my hair. I hate adding heat to my hair but I feel that I have no choice. Help!! Any suggestions?
